Jose was a gem! Polite, helpful, flexible and smart. He figured out a way to get more out of the money I had to spend and got my whole front bumper replaced with a beautiful paint job. My 12 year old car looks almost brand new thanks to Jose and other workers who made my cute little car pretty again. Your receptionist (sorry, I did not catch her name) was very friendly and considerate to me over the phone. And the coffee was great!

Lesley Morse, Service Advisor, gave us excellent service. Her professionalism and expertise in communicating with us was very important and helpful. Jen, the receptionist at the desk was also very helpful in scheduling appointments, signing documents, and arranging a shuttle with Enterprise. We are very satisfied with the body work done by Caliber Collision on our 2016 Ford Fusion. When I came to pick up the car, Lesley showed me where the body work was done for the damages to our car. I informed her that I was completely satisfied and thanked her for having our car back before the 4 day holiday weekend. We also commend the workers at Caliber Collision body shop for their expertise.

Customer service was OUTSTANDING. They washed and cleaned the interior and exterior of the vehicle and even repaired some felt that was no longer attached to the frame. This was outside of the scope of work and the repairs they did to the vehicle are professional and make it look brand new. While I hope to never to have to return to them, they’re the only location I would return to. AMAZING work!!!!
