Caliber Collision did a wonderful job on the repairs for my Honda! It looked as good as new! The team, in particular Robert, our sales advisor, went above and beyond. Robert notified us each time a step was completed with repairs, kept an open line of communication at all times, and gave very detailed explanations for any questions we had! He was the best part of our whole experience and we would recommend him to anyone who needs assistance with their vehicles! We would also like to thank the tech who found the additional damage from a previous accident bc without that knowledge we would have continued to drive in an unsafe vehicle without ever knowing it. Overall we had a wonderful customer service experience and we again would recommend Caliber for any repairs that need to be done because the Folsom team on Sibley Street does great work and provided us with a safe and functional car and went above and beyond by doing repair work on not just a recent accident but also did repair work for us on a past accident as well!
