Branches are plentiful and they move the cars to another shop if they can’t or don’t want to deal with the repair. Didn’t like that.

Phone calls from Robert were few and far between. My repair should have been a very simple repair. There was an unreasonable delay and what should have taken 3 days tops took 14 days.
