I am thoroughly pleased with my experience with Caliber Collision. Specifically, service advisor Armando took great care of me from the minute I walked in the door to when I picked up my car when it the work was done. I feel like a valued customer. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision and Armando to anyone I know who may be in need of body work in the future.

Alignment is slightly off..I point the vehicle straight and it veers right. Also there was an empty box in the back (I’m assuming it was used for parts). Otherwise fantastically job on the damaged areas.9

When I called to inform the shop of the alignment issue (one day and a half after pickup), the representative stated it is probably due to normal wear and tear. I told him I just picked the car up and he said I could bring the car in to the shop, which I plan on doing.
