I have nothing but praise for everyone. John was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Hopefully I won’t be back, but if I ever need to I won’t dread it. That’s kind of rare in Chicagoland.

This location in Forest Park is amazing. Everyone was very professional and went above and beyond to make a poor situation about as pleasant as it can be. The corporate communication is, however, somewhat lacking. I’ve filled this out already and I keep getting requests. I scheduled my appointment with the local shop and the corporate system kept calling every day to set up my appointment. Seems there needs to be a more cohesive scheduling and verification system.
