Sebastian is the epitome of professionalism. He was diligent in contacting me with updates every step of the repair process and should be commended for his superior customer service. Other employees also rendered outstanding service. They were very informative when I dropped the car off. Then, when repairs were completed and I was unable to pick up my car, an employee kindly offered to have it dropped off at my home and return the rental for me. I received my car within an hour, and it was in pristine condition.

My only issue is that the rear compartment of my SUV was left dirty. While making the necessary repairs dirt generated by removing the damaged parts was never cleaned up before my car was returned to me. Otherwise everything was fine.
