From the moment I walked in the office to have my vehicle repaired to the day I picked it up, I felt valued and cared for. I was given a time frame and it was actually ready 3 days early, cleaned up and ready to go.

I took my car in for ubder carriage damage and qhen I picked it up I had engine lights on the dashboard. The vehicle was dirty inside and out, grease on the inside of the door and green highlighter marks where the service advisor wrote before the vehicle was repaired that hadnt even been cleaned off, and she stood there and said they had indeed washed my truck. Never take anything you drive or care for to their shops. If you insurance suggests them, refuse and demand to go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

I would like to say that my experience was a very good one. From the young lady at the desk when I first came in to the especially kind & professional young man, JP, who greeted me telling me what was to be expected while they had my car. It was done in a very timely manner & I am very pleased with the really good job when completed. I would highly recommend them.

I would definitely recommend them. It felt like the way it used to be. They treated me like they really cared how I felt. I'd say you need to keep JP and Kylashia...they care & should be appreciated by Caliber Collision JP made me feel like he & your company really cared that I was satisfied...throughout my entire time with you

It was a really good experience dealing w/ Caliber Collision. The young lady @ the desk, her was is Kylashia, very courteous, pleasant & professional. The guy who discussed what to expect regarding repairing my car was equally courteous, pleasant, funny & professional. I left there feeling confident that my car was in good hands. I have to give Caliber Collision credit for knowing how to hire & keep their workers happy. It showed in how they handled my car repairs. Thanks again for a job well done.

I’m going to be honest, I’m not satisfied with how many dates I was given, I was told 4 different dates and kept having it be pushed back over and over again. Starting with being told 3 days. But JP stepped in and he got my car right. He told me a date and he stood by it and had the car finished within a timely manner. Had it not been for him I wouldn’t be giving such a high rating. He’s a man of his word and if you go to this location work with him he will get you right.

Here’s the updated version: Pam and the entire staff were amazing! They kept me updated throughout the entire process and communicated every step of the way. They really went above and beyond with their communication, which I truly appreciated. They originally told me my car would be ready on the 23rd, but they actually had it ready two days earlier. The customer service was outstanding, and they made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate everything they did and highly recommend them!
