Ali and the team were professional, communicative, and made a stressful situation much easier to handle. They did an excellent job restoring my vehicle — it looks great and drives perfectly. What I appreciated most was that they kept me updated throughout the process and had my car ready exactly when they promised. I truly appreciate the quality work and great customer service. From the moment that I walked into the office, the great customer service began. The person at the front desk was very friendly and acknowledge me right away and the assessor that came out to view my truck was also very personable. I was very impressed with the communication throughout the process and I was updated via text every step of the way, and I never felt that I had to call to inquire about the progress of the work.
