Within the hour of drop off I was receiving information and updates regarding what was happening with my vehicle throughout the whole process. Hello, when I came in for my initial appt at 11:00 am there was no one attending at the front desk .No one greeted me, I waited for over 20 minutes for someone to assist me. Often when you call no one answers the phone and you have to make repeated attempts. My service advisor Pamela Martin was very friendly and helpful in trying to resolve some issues with my vehicle while it was being repaired. My overall experience with this particular shop was not what I expected as professional leadership
