When I first drove my vehicle into the shop, I was greeted and was told to park my vehicle. I went inside, recipient's was very polite, pleasant and nice. The office was setup with coffee etc. for the clients, which was nice. Pam came to inspect my vehicle and she keep me informed on the status of repairs on my vehicle. Repair date was set for June 26,2026 but was done ahead of time. Overall the service and the repairs was very pleasing and when I picked my vehicle up 2 weeks before due time, it looked brand new. Painted, cleaned inside and out. I would give the team a 10 in all areas. Also I would recommend the shop to my friends as my son recommended Calibur Collision to me. Great job team at Calibur Collision shop in Upper Marlboro, Md. A very satisfied customer. Thank you 😊
