I tried to schedule other shops prior to the Thanksgiving holiday, none would accept my vehicle due to their booked schedule. I called CC and they promised that they would accept my vehicle and have it repaired by the end of the week. Not only did I not have to drive a cosmetically damaged car during the holiday, CC was also able to place me in a loaner equal to my own personal vehicle. Outstanding service, my holiday was a complete success!
