The entire staff there is amazeballs! The receptionist was very pleasant as soon as I walked in the door. The geico adjuster as well as the 2 caliber reps I worked with were super knowledgeable about the process and made sure it was smooth for me. The enterprise rep was very pleasant he helped me get a car that was equal in size to what I had, and to top it off my car was ready in about 6 hrs. Ive never had service that was super amazing and so speedy. I will recommend them to anyone!

Never received calls with updates, even on the days when I had preiously been told I would get a call. I always had to call and felt like I was a burden for checking on my vehicle even though it was after when I was told to expect a call.

My experience at Caliber Collisions was awesome. Customer Care Services made me feel like I was leaving my vehicle in good hands. Along with great communication by phone,email,and text.....work performed on my vehicle was done in a timely fashion. After picking up my vehicle customer care was sure to explain how to care for my vehicle for the next 90 days they also explained the life long guaranteed warranty.
