I like Caliber. The people are nice and friendly and most importantly, they did a good job on the cosmetic work. There's a minor issue with the bumper being a little far away from the rear hatch, but I'll bring that up with the staff when I return the car to Caliber when the backordered wiring harness comes in and I have to leave the car with them to fix.

The work was done well and quickly. The paint work is a perfect match so cometically the car looks great. However, I did notice that the gap between the rear hatch and the rear bumper is more than a centimeter so there's extra space under the rear hatch. And unfortunately, my car is not completely done. I do appreciate that Pam @ Caliber released my car to me in 10 days so I wouldn't have additional rental car fees (not really my problem since the insurance co of the guy who hit me was paying). However, my car is not completely finished because a nationwide backorder on a wiring harness is preventing my parking sensors from working. So my car is not 100% done so I can't give 10 stars. Once that's done, I would give 10 stars though so I'll update my survey then.

Pam was great. Easy going and easy to talk to. I would have appreciated a little more communication though. She was very nice and helpful, but she never called to update me on status. Not once in the 10 days. I dropped the car off on a Friday and didn't hear from Caliber again until the day I was to pick it up. Calling me with some status at the end of the week would have gone a long way with me.

I am happy with the repairs. However My time was not respected. No one spoke with me directly. Because of my work schedule and distance I work no one was willing to wait and stay to go over the repairs. No one called and spoke with me about the repairs. I fully explained my situation, but it seemed that no one cared.

Excellent customer service! The team was polite, professional, abd the output exceeded my expectations - my vehicle looks like it never had any accident, looks beautiful - product quality is outstanding. The delivery was faster, came txo weeks earlier rhan previously said. Highly recommend!

This is our third repair here between our cars, and the experience has been consistently excellent every time. Ali, and the rest of the staff were very friendly, provides amazing customer service, and clearly knows what they are doing, per usual. They kept us informed throughout the entire process, even when the repair timeline was extended due to a delayed part delivery. We truly appreciate the communication and professionalism.
