Everyone from the first phone call to the location to the hand shake when I received my keys were kind, knowledgeable and thorough. I never had to question what was going on. The communication was excellent. Our vehicle was completed exactly when they said it would be without issue.

You have an absolutely amazing team at caliber! So helpful in anything I needed during this experience. I was even able to save some of the pieces from the damaged part of my vehicle, only because they told me to help save some money! They went above and beyond and my car is in perfect shape again. From the time I walked in the door until I picked up the car today (2 days ahead of plan) I was treated with genuine care and respect. Lorie was there to care for my car as though it was her own. She is kind of rare in these days where you are pretty much just a "number". My damage was relatively minor in scope of what Caliber must see routinely, yet I felt like I was an important customer. The work showed care and precision. I give a score of 100 out of 100 and I am not usually one to be generous in accolades. This is my # 1 choice in Tarrant County will highly recommend this shop if asked
