I was very disappointed with my experience at Crash Champions. From the beginning, the communication and customer service were frustrating. I had my vehicle towed to their location, only to have an employee tell me they didn’t have it, which caused unnecessary panic when the vehicle was there the entire time. I was then given a hard time about my claim being through Bristol West and told they don’t pay. That is an issue between the repair shop and the insurance company, not something I should have to deal with as a customer. Throughout the repair process, I was repeatedly promised my vehicle would be ready, only for those dates to come and go. Then I found out the employee making those promises had been fired. The entire process took far too long, and I felt like they were simply too busy to give my vehicle the attention it needed. Overall, the lack of communication, broken promises, and poor customer service made an already stressful situation even worse. I expected a much better experience.

The shop is very unprofessional and it’s customer service. The quality of the work is fine so far. But management and front desk office left a lot to be desired.

We had major issues with communication things being promised, but not delivered upon. Also being told our car wasn’t there when it was there and causing unnecessary panic.

The bracket securing the bumper was not placed correctly the first time. Then when done correct, the door molding was not put back on at all. We had to wait additional time for them to attach when we brought it to their attention.

Communication is everything! Todd texted and kept me in the know the entire time. He even let me know what days I would hear from him and I did!! Also, he went over and beyond to get my shades out of the rental and keep them on his desk for me! I really appreciate this type of service and will be back whenever I need anything that they offer! Yall better check them out!
