My car was repaired, although it took weeks and once I returned to pick up my vehicle another issue was discovered that was on the company itself. I was informed that Caliber would compensate the reminder of my rental expenses as the insurance portion was completed. I have since been charged multiple times by the rental company and called several times to get it corrected and as of 12/27/23 it is still not correct. Very dissatisfied indeed.

So impressed with their work. My car looks brand new! They even washed it and cleaned the interior. So kind to do during that holiday season. No issues since pickup and hopefully none will occur, thoroughly impressed with their work. Turn around could’ve been a tad quicker, but i could tell they had a lot of cars to handle. Overall I’m very happy. Also thankful for how closely they worked with my insurance, so I didn’t have to stress over that.

Unprompted, my husband brought up how excellent the experience was with caliber collision. We both commented on the professionalism and the ease of working with them. When our time was up, we left the rental car with them and they took care of it. Throughout the long period of time it was in the shop because of supply chain issues with getting a couple of the parts, they kept us updated, with each step it was new. This was a terrific experience and you don’t often get that anymore. We will always take our vehicle to caliber collision if needed although hopefully it won’t be soon! Thanks very much you guys.
