Not pleased w the repair. The trunk was not adjusted properly, and the alignment is still off since the accident. Caliber assured me, the alignment was up to specifications. It is not.

I was told like 4 separate times that my vehicle was going to be ready by a certain date and it was never correct. I guess parts kept arriving broken to the shop and had to be re-ordered? Just sounded really weird that parts arrived broken more than once… and communication overall was terrible. I was never really even updated throughout this time about my car unless I called and asked for information. The people were really nice and my car looks great, but was I satisfied with the experience? Not at all.
