I would say they were pleasant and if I were to refer to a friend or family member, I would advise to request photos of progress/car’s condition and to have them fix any flaws or issues pointed out.

The body work was good, I was happy to have my car back, however the under part of the bumper was not snapped back correctly and the wipe down/cleaning they gave my interior was subpar - there were visible swirls of product that did not cover the entire area throughout the door panels, seats, dash, etc, I had residue from adhesive still left on my windshields, and my brand new cargo mat was returned faded with tons of scratches which were not there prior.
