I was pleased with everything about the repair except the fact that the trunk door does not fit smoothly on the left side. Alexis explained that Caliber was not able to correct that. It does not leak inside so that is good. My family and friends have commented on it though. Otherwise I give you a 10.

I am completely stratified with the work and communication that occurred while you had my vehicle. However, when I went to pick it up, I noticed that a descent section of trim stripping on my windshield was missing. I have since had to call twice in the last 10 days to find out where this part is and when it will be installed. And while I understand that things sometimes need to be fixed after the fact, not super happy that they returned my car to me as “complete” without noticing that this was missing. I had to point it out.
