I can’t say enough about how amazing Justin was from start to finish. He kept the lines of communication very open and it was really important for me to be completely satisfied- he said! He puts Customer Service at the top! Even though I was out of town traveling, Justin still continued to make sure that I understood what was happening with my car and the process and how he was working hard on my behalf and that it was very important to him that my vehicle was repaired to the highest standard and that I 100% felt secure and confident with caliber collision and him as my service representative. I really feel like I hit the lottery getting him because he never dropped the ball even one time, I’ve been to many different collision centers in my years and I can tell you this was absolutely the A++ experience!!! The Staff at this Franklin, TN, location, from the front counter to Justin (who managed my repair), was simply incredible! They were “can do,” solution-oriented, go the second-mile, partners in getting our car into their process and completed in very short order. Everyone was exceptionally kind, positive and professional! And the paint repair was a PERFECT MATCH, something about which I was concerned because only half of the bumper was being painted. I would gladly have Calibre in Franklin do repairs again (though I hope that’s not necessary), and I will recommend them to family and friends. I have two classic cars that might need paint work in the future, and I will contact Calibre Franklin for their expertise! In contrast, the Calibre shop in Brentwood was cold, dismissive and arrogant. Not at all customer-friendly! They told me that it would take three weeks to even get my car assessed. I would NEVER RECOMMEND them, strictly from a customer care perspective!
