The work they did was perfect. However they replaced several things on the car that were either not damaged in the accident or was old damage from normal wear and tear. Going over the bill I would say that more than half of the work was unnecessary.

Your team did a great job! Throughout the entire process I felt informed and very well communicated with. From the rental accommodations from Caliber, to the finished product of my vehicle, I’m am BEYOND pleased. Mike kept my spirits high in the unfortunate process.
