The location of Caliber is very convenient. There was an initial problem since my vehicle was delivered by tow after hours. The drop key box was not checked and I was told they did not have my car. It took most of the day with me making multiple calls to various involved people before the mistake was solved. All I knew was that a tow truck picked it up from Nissan, but no one knew where it was. Caliber called me directly to apologize. My last call to Caliber was taken by Mike. He acknowledged he would be writing the work to be done. His manner was calming and his words stayed with me. He said the problems were over and he was going to take care of me and not to worry. I needed that at that point. I needed to return to my car to get a few things out. Mike personally took me to the vehicle and explained all that was being done. Again, he said, “I’ve got this, you will be taken care of.” Thank you to all the very kind people at Caliber. They have been personable and professional. Thank you to the mechanics and body technicians who did a wonderful job. But, a special thank you to Mike. He understood and I felt taken care of. I am sorry he was out of town when I picked up my car. He had texted me in a status text that he had left my car in good hands. Thank you, Mike for understanding.
