Mike was excellent! He kept me informed throughout the process and was always so polite and helpful. I called after getting home with my vehicle and discovering a small issue and he immediately told me he would take care of the issue at my convenience. I don't know who was responsible. But the amount I was asked to pay was higher than what I was told by my insurance company. And the company is having to refund me $700 since I paid to much to the shop.

Satisfied. It took a trip back after I took delivery of the repaired vehicle. The electric fan was not plugged in all the way initially. A test drive would have show this error immediatley
