Everyone from the receptionist to Rick, my adjuster, were very professional, courteous, and friendly. Mr car was repaired ahead of schedule and beautifully. Everything was perfect. I will certainly use Caliber again if the need arises.

Very satisfied with the repair but the only exception was to the tool box in the back. I understand that you could not be liable for reattaching it to the bed but someone went through it and removed all my trays and dividers and cut off a zip tie I had in place to hold the tray in place. That is my only complaint.
