Super easy to work with. They kept me up to date on everything happening to the vehicle, and were super helpful in answering any questions. As much as I do not want to need their services again, these guys will be my first choice if involved in an accident again. 10/10 would recommend

Overall great people and loved working with them. I do need to bring it back in because there is some glue and smidges of something that I cannot clean off on a few parts of the vehicle either from the paint or spoiler application.

Mike Sangster did a great job and was very responsive. I would suggest that you look very hard a your check in process for walk in customers. Initially they said we would have to wait 3 hours for an estimate. That changed when I said I call earlier and they said no appointment was required. If they had not changed the attitude, I would have walked. I sure you are like everyone else in that it is hard to find enough good people. Not complaining just suggestion for your benefit

Unfortunately and fortunately, this was my second time needing auto body repair in about 6 weeks. I used caliber both times. Tim and the team there did such a thorough and quick job the first time tht I knew exactly where to know when the need came up again. Excellent work, great partnership with rental agency, efficiently done, and just really easy,nice people to work with. They're a 10. If you need auto body repair work, go there. You'll be glad you did.
