I would highly recommend Caliber overall for customer service and repair quality however I would’ve appreciated more car in keeping my headliner clean and not misplacing my shift lock release cover.

I am very pleased with the overall repair however my headliner has a few car grease stains and my shift lock release cover is missing now. Besides these fairly minor things, the repair process was very good. Caliber was very responsive and good at providing updates. I was also pleasantly surprised with how fast the repair was.

The experience was about as painless as could be imagined. Alexandra was excellent! She kept me informed on the progression of steps in the repair. The repair looks great. The car looked right off the showroom floor. The entire operation is excellent.

One of the main issues with my vehicle (the driver side window not operating) was not repaired despite having the vehicle for several days. Thankfully I’ve been able to return it to the Lebanon store for repair again, and everyone has been responsive and efficient.
