The repairs were not finished upon my arrival. A piece of trim was hanging from the vehicle not fully attached. When the gentleman brought the vehicle to my place of work later that evening, the piece of trim was still loose. I had to go home and fully tighten the screws under the wheel well once I got home from work since they had not been fully tightened down. The repairs are now fully complete so there’s no need to reach out anymore.

Took way too long they said they couldn't find a vital part. Which I feel still find hard to believe. It's a grill assembly. But I accepted the cars as it was. My concern is that the insurance company was still billed for the full amount of the part and labor that they did not provide. And I called USAA to log a complaint which hopefully they'll follow up on.

It was well done and quicker than I expected, but you left the reverse camera unplugged. A checklist would be helpful for you to have before returning a car to a customer.
