Caliber did a great job on my equinox after hitting a deer. They kept me posted with text messages on Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays Vehicle looked great and was cleaned up very well. Great staff at the Franklin, IN location

Customer service is wonderful. Every time I called to get an update, the whole team was friendly and accommodating. I even stressed the need to have the car back for a fishing trip this weekend and we needed the car to tow the fishing boat. The car was ready in time! They even washed it and dusted the inside. Thank you to the whole team!
