Poor quality work. Didn't even fix the tailgate correctly . I was called and said it was ready to go. There was a rattle in tailgate and it was off set and wouldn't close correctly . Had to wait 2 1/2 hours wile they fixed it.

Caliber Collision was understanding, compassionate, and more gracious than I deserve. They helped me through a very rough time and were communicative throughout the entire process. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable, and kept me in the loop so I was prepared by the time my car got finished. I will be going to Franklin Caliber for all my future body repair needs! Shoutout to August, Corbin, and the fantastic team who restored me car to being like-new. I am so thankful for all of them!
