You did an amazing job at paint matching, you brought the car to me after repair when I could not pickup same day. All excellent. You could do better at contesting insurance repair vs replace, and presenting an (exterior) clean car once done

The fender wasn't just dented, it had folds... I'd had appreciated a replacement and not just a repair, and would have gone to bat with insurance to get it. This is something that I feel should have been called out by your team.
