They got me in quickly for an estimate. They were reasonably priced compared to other collision companies in my area. Communication was top notch in all areas. They made a process I was dreading extremely easy. They even made the rental car process a breeze. Best of all my car looked amazing when I picked it up.

It was a pleasure working with August. The entire office was very friendly and helpful but noticeably, August goes above and beyond in providing great customer service. I really felt like my vehicle was in good hands by using this facility. The repairs were done quickly and the ease of being able to drop off the Enterprise rental car at Caliber Collision also made things easy. If I need future work done, I would come back here and also recommend to friends and family.

Nice responsive staff. Parts had multiple delays or when they came in they were not of good quality so they returned them. With patience the car was fixed. I would definitely use Caliber again and encourage others to use this Franklin location.

We appreciated the 3 times a week text updates. It helped keep us informed on where the repairs were in process and if there were any delays. The quality of work appears to be very good and the paint color blend looks great. The staff was extremely friendly. The repair costs came in much higher than estimated which may be concerning and will likely have an impact on our insurance premiums.
