Caliber did an excellent job repairing my van. It looks awesome. They were friendly and efficient. Even provided a rental when my insurance didn’t cover. They also kept me informed all the way through the process with updates and estimated completed dates. Very thankful for their services I would totally recommend them.

It was the easiest car process that I could even imagined since I had not dealt with any kind of claim/accident in years. From the rental car being at your service address, to the people I spoke with that handled my claim, all were top notch. I like I was kept in the loop the whole time and had my car back faster than I had expected.

Missing some minor adjustments. Also, the drive assist were not working and were dismissed as being non-accident related damage by the insurance due to corrosion. Do not think that was totally accurate.

The body repairs on my car were perfect. My car looks just like new. I also really appreciated the wash and detail- I felt like I got a whole new car back. More than that, I truly appreciated the customer service. Everyone was kind and professional. The shop did a great job staying in touch and keeping me apprised of their progress with the repairs and coordination with the rental company. I can’t say I hope to be involved in a car accident again, but if I am, Caliber has my business for certain!
