Steve and his team at Caliber is thorough and will work to get you back on the road quickly. This was my second time using Caliber and both times my truck came back good as new. They text you every step of the way with updates, and kept me in the loop. Hopefully I won’t need them, but if I do, this is my go to spot. I would recommend to everyone.

My expectations were definitely over exceeded!! Very professional, followed through with everything I was told they would do, kept me informed with every step of they way, everything was done in a timely fashion and my car came back to me cleaner than it was when I dropped it off!!! The communication and efficiency was great. However, the two car seats were removed from the back seat. I was not happy! I would like to see you ask the owner before doing this. It was such a disappointment after the rest of the experience.

I had a bad experience with Monro brakes. They damaged my truck and denied my claim. Beyond poor customer service. But caliber turned it around. Steve, Susan and the gang made sure to take care of my needs and got me a loaner rental. They followed up with me every step. Thank you for your service to my Ram!

Car repair looks great - and they detailed the car, too. There were great communications from my service provider, and the costs were less than the original estimate. I appreciate the honesty - something missing in a lot of business transactions today! Also, the office staff is very kind, friendly, efficient, and helpful. I highly recommend them.
