Good customer service. Receptionist or front desk was very informative. The tech gave us some great information about the damage he could see and couldn't see. Very up front what may or may not happen.

While getting in an accident is never fun. National General insurance uses Caliber Collision for a reason. Ashton at Caliber in Frederick was very kind and thorough thru the entire process. Continual text updates while in the shop. I hope I never have another accident but if I do there is only one place to take your vehicle - Caliber Collision.

I mentioned something looked off when I picked up and there are definitely issues. The front fascia is not on the car straight. The fender only lines up on one side. The other side is not lined up which also impacts the alignment with the hood. Will send pics to adjuster. The window installer also damaged the trim. Instead of removing the trim before installing window, they bent back the trim, permanently damaging it.

I’m extremely impressed with how quick my repairs got done. I assumed it would’ve lasted longer & the updated system for tracking the progress on my repairs with estimates on price was very helpful and nice too Be able to access quick and easy. The team at caliber was very friendly, patient and communicative and I appreciate that! I got my car back looking clean & brand new 10/10 thank you caliber

Rosemary with the Fredrick Caliber Collision was amazing with her communication about the process, estimates, and duration of time the repairs would take! I’m an extremely satisfied with the customer service provided! In addition my repair were finished a day early and I got to leave the rental car there!
