Great communication with updates of progress. I loved that I was able to pick up rental and return rental all on the spot and a lifetime of vehicle warranty. They even walked me to my car to make sure I was happy with the work as well as they worked with the insurance company on updated . They even went over the paperwork with me before I was asked to sign it.

The team at Caliber was top-of-the-line professionals. They kept me informed about all my repairs and the progress of my vehicle. The work was exceptional and quick. Brian, while inspecting my repairs, caught a factor defect, called me to let me know, and apologized because I was supposed to pick it up that day. Classy guy, and the ladies at the front were helpful and very approachable. It's the only place I'll take my vehicle now. Great job overall! The team at Caliber consists of top-notch professionals. They kept me informed and updated on all the repairs and progress of my vehicle. The work was exceptional and completed quickly. During the inspection of my repairs, Brian discovered a factory defect on my wheel and promptly called me to inform me. He then apologized that I couldn't pick up my vehicle that day. He is a classy guy, and the ladies at the front desk, I'm so sorry, I don't recall their names, were helpful and very approachable. It’s the only place I will take my vehicle from now on. Overall, they did an outstanding job! It was like it never happened.
