It tools too long but I believe they did a good job. However on the way home a got warning message that there is something wrong with the tires.

I am shocked that you did not inform me that you replaced one tire and not offered me to purchase the additional three so that I leave after 1 months and 1 day your shop with a complete new set of tires. Especially at this time of the year it is in my opinion irresponsible to do that. I had already several times now low tire pressure warnings ant the tire you got for me is hard to get. It costs me several hours extra now to have them put on.

A great customer service experience would have been to offer me to get the three new tires for me, of course I would've paid for them. She did not even tell me where she to them so I could make sure to get same brand and type. Just sending me to big o tire or walmart which both don't carry this one.
