***** 5 STAR Rating. It was a pleasure to find a business with such GREAT customer service beginning with a phone call to the owner/manager saying I had forgotten my 9 am estimate appointment . Given recent experiences with different location I assumed I would be told to get back in que for a long wait period to be rescheduled. Instead I was offered compassion and grace saying , come on in now. We will still take care of you . The front desk receptionist showed the same professional great attitude of appreciation to make me feel like our business was actually valued and even appreciated . The estimate was professional yet quick. There was absolute transparency telling me the realistic time frame of completion along with the how to"s for my car rental. Barbara extended that same level of customer service throughout the entire process. These days with so many businesses short staffed and often short on service this team went out of there way to provided GREAT service.
