The repair was completed ahead of schedule but frequent miscommunications or factually wrong information regarding paperwork and procedure made scheduling the repair and completing pickup take much longer. For example I was told that Caliber Collision does not provide estimates for repair work, despite being told explicitly by Allstate Insurance to go to Caliber for an estimate. Similarly, I was told that I was not supposed to pay directly for the repair work but that I was to give to Caliber a check for the repair work from my insurance, despite having been mailed a check made out to me.

I would say you guys did a very good job overall. The only issues I noticed were that one piece was sticking out slightly, as if it wasn’t fully clipped or secured into place. I can send photos showing what I mean. Also, when the bumper was reinstalled, there was a small area where the paint no longer lined up perfectly.

Nobody summarized the repair when I picked up the car. I was just given the keys and asked to sign paperwork. When I initially brought in the car for service there was pushback and my concerns were not valued
