Great experience, would definitely use Caliber again. For me customer service is essential and the staff at both locations I dealt with did a excellent job answering my questions and keeping me informed on my car. The staff at the crossings CT location we're very friendly through the whole process scheduling to estimate to getting my vehicle checked in my car got transferred to the Lafayette shop to help speed up my repair time they were A+ with communication and keeping me informed of the repair process. All in all extremely happy the car looked new so the repair team obviously did a great job as well

Ian was definitely a lot better to deal with after the beginning having my truck redone twice from mistakes made by the company got my truck finally with two more dings that were not on the truck before same thing previously happened. paint job I definitely will say is good
