The shop wanted us to postpone an appointment we had for over 2 months because they were busy. They sent an email to remind us of the appointment. They need to put priority on vehicles that have had appointments for a while. The estimate for repair time was 3 days. They had our car for 9 days!! We are pleased with the quality of work, but do not feel we were treated properly as far as priority. Also the price for repair was almost triple the estimated cost!!

Customer Service was terrible. We had our appointment for over 2 months and when we arrived they asked us to postpone because they were busy. We were asked if we would take our car to another location or let it be towed there. We were called and told our car was in detail 3 times over a period of 5 days and each time it was never ready. We received an email on Wed the car would be ready on Fri and we did not get the car until the following Tues afternoon.
