I picked up my car on Monday, when I made one stop I noticed, what to appear as two shoe imprint on the back seat. I took some napkin with water to clean it off. The amount of dirt was unbelievable. But more amazing is why was someone standing on my seat in a scrunched position? The next day, which happens to be today.... I took notice to my drivers seat covered in smeared in dirt. My 2015 Camry that I just purchased new appears to have been parked in a desert with the doors opened and dirt being blown in by a strong wind, Dirt on the carpet and rips to the fabric on the panel between the side and front window. How could all this damage be done to the inside of a car? I'm told a new part will be ordered. I'm assuming my car needs to be torn apart to fix one piece. Once they finished cleaning it, you could see much improvement to the removal of the dirt and at the same time you could see the ware from rubbing it so hard that now my leather is stretched out. The two very nice ladies at the front told me that I had good reason to be very upset and the other lady told me she would be screaming louder than me. If you are ordering a part and two women are disgusted with what they saw, I feel you need to give me my $500.00 deduct able back. I no longer have a nice looking car inside with the lack of care you and disrespect by mistreating my car. As I waited for my car to be clean I noticed an employee that was dressed in a tan auto body outfit. He was covered with dirt from head to shoes. If a person was in my car that looked like him I could see why my car looked like it was parked at a desert. I have never seen someone look so grimy dirty in a auto body or mechanic shop in my life. My ex husband worked at a auto body shop and my brother in law works at a mechanic shop across country. The manager never came to me to apologize, he left the dirty work to the ladies. I believe an apology is not enough in this case. An apology still leaves me with less and you with all. As I was there waiting a man bought pizza for for all the employees and in the same breath said," may I show you a concern of mine with my vehicle." His culture is not American, and needed to find a way to be non-offensive towards you at the same time putting the focus towards his concern to his vehicle. He did not want to offend you. I have experience in social work, and other cultures with diversity. The point is two complaints in 30 minutes. One asking you to make right and the other bribing you to make right. Not a good thing. I hope you come up with a better solution of making this right. Stretched leather, someone standing on my seat hunched over with that weight on my seat, inside of a car being reassemble, and my time is not a win for me. You only have a win. This is sad.
