I just made my comments to you. I would like to add that Heather Fulmer stood out as an outstanding Customer Service Representive when she assisted me. All of the questions that I asked her were answered fully and with clarity. She also arranged, at my request, to have the car lifted so I could see the damage to the under side of the vehicle. I appreciated that very much. She is an outstanding employee for the Caliber Collision Center,in my opinion.
