I noticed yesterday that the fiberglass from the other car’s bumper is still stuck in the tow hitch. I thought that would have been removed?

We absolutely love the service we received from Caliber. We bought our Audi when it was 3 years old and it looks amazing, better than when we bought it! The shop was so professional, the price was exactly as quoted, and they dealt with the insurance company seamlessly. Ian is a very meticulous service provider and an extremely polite and friendly person. We will only use Caliber for any repairs we may need in the future.

The quality of repairs were good , Tim ( technician) was very helpful and courteous, knowledgeable about body shop repairs. He was helpful and suggest we buy a new battery, this is why we haven’t driven the car. I’m only giving a six because some of the damage appears it could be from the process of the repair, something that moves in a circular motion. Buffer machine of some kind. Again I’m not certain and trying my best to find out. I don’t want to accuse anybody falsely.

Customer service was good on the initial call and while my car was in the shop. I am rating a 6 because I never received a response when I called on 7/6/26 with concern regarding a dent. I’m frustrated because there is a dent in my daughter’s car that wasn’t there and not certain as to how it got there. The call on 7/6 was not productive. I believe she said the technician was on vacation but as of 7/ 9 I haven’t heard back. I believe from the call she assumed I was stating the dent was there from the accident and I am not. I’m simply trying to find out when and how it got there . I have pictures that we took on 6/12 and no dent.

Caliber collision is a great repair shop. Ian was very helpful and knowledgeable, communication was excellent and the repair turned out great. The only thing I wish they can improve is the time management. But overall the staffs were top notch and the repairs team was excellent. Thank you Ian .

We had such a wonderful experience here, and I can't recommend them enough. Tim went above and beyond while helping us repair my daughter's first car, and he made what could have been a stressful experience into a genuinely positive one. He was incredibly nice and took the time to explain everything. As a parent, it meant a lot to see my daughter treated with so much respect and care during her first experience with an auto repair shop. This was a return as initial repaired leaked and filled spare compartment with lots of water. Obviously repair work not adequately checked at initial repair. On initial repair tools were left in car and had to make special trip to caliber to return them over hour round trip. So no not good experience.
