Was very happy with how they stayed on top of the Insurance Company in getting them to cover the total cost of the repairs. As well as getting involved in getting them to pay the total cost of the rental vehicle. My wife’s car looks great!

Thank you so much for your expertise to all there at Caliber Collision, which this was my second time using your services through my Insurance Company, but on a different vehicle. Your Body Technicians there did an awesome job with my vehicle that looks so new from the repair replacement framing work to the paint matching to the original paint to vehicle. Awesome work by the Service Body Technicians! The quality of the repairs—from body frame replacement and assembly to painting and final finishing—was outstanding. Kudos to the entire team for their professionalism and attention to detail. I’d also like to recognize the ladies at the front desk and especially Kathryn, who did a great job keeping me updated throughout the repair process. Her communication and customer service made the experience smooth and stress-free. The staff at Caliber Collision on Lafayette Boulevard in Fredericksburg are truly awesome.
