This was, by far, the best car repair experience I've ever had. Drop off was fast & easy. I was kept up-to-date with progress via telephone calls. They kept in touch with the car rental agency also, which was important since it took a while to receive the parts. The car was dirty when I took it in, but when I picked it up, the inside and the outside were clean. The repair seems complete & thorough, and comes with a guarantee. Thank you for creating a great experience out of an otherwise, bad one.

When I dropped my rental vehicle off, Enterprise charged me 'extra days' due to the fact I kept the rental after Progressive gave June 26 as the end date for my rental. However, Caliber Collision did not authorize me to pick up my vehicle until the afternoon of June 30. I believe there was some miscommunication between Progressive and Caliber Collision. Enterprise should not have charged me for the dates June 26 - July 1 (since the message to collect my car came the afternoon of June 30, I was unable to return to Fredericksburg before Enterprise closed). However, I straighten things out with progressive and they reimburse me for the four extra days I was charged. I do understand that there’s often miscommunication between different businesses, you have a busy company, and that supply chains in the automobile industry lately are messed up. I just feel that 52 days to repair rear end damage is a bit excessive. Jason from caliber kept me informed all along. . The work was very good in my car looks brand new. So thank you for that.

There seem to be a communication problem between Caliber Collision and Progressive Insurance. On two separate occasions, I had to step in to make a phone call to progressive insurance to find out what if any delays there were. On both occasions, the Progressive representative informed me she provided the information to Caliber Collision days before. It was only after I asked if Progressive could resend their message, Caliber stated they were ready to move forward.

Totally satisfied with the timing and turning around for my vehicle. Thought it would be longer but it was pretty quick. Only one minor was discovered but Rusty has addressed it and will take care of it in a timely fashion.
