I dropped off my car at the closest shop which was then transported to a BMW-certified branch at no additional cost. Repairs were quick and clear. Craftsmanship was great and I received a BMW certified repair report. They also washed the car prior to delivery. The staff I interacted with, Daniel, Viktor and Else, were friendly and professional.
