Victor is an awesome to work with. He has great communication with my insurance and update status on my car. He goes beyond and above to the service for me and my car. I’ll definitely will come back as a return consumer. He is very knowledgeable on EV cars. What impressed me about Victor is he was super helpful driving my car to my home address despite I work a night shift and have 2 young babies. Thank you soo much Victor and his team.

I got a text that my car was ready, so my husband went to pick up my car. Upon inspection of the car he noticed that there was still a gap in the area that was damaged. He was told to come back the following day and it should be done. The following day Hugo delivered the car in an excellent condition. The car was cleaned and perfectly fixed . I highly recommend this shop, communication regarding progress of the repair was excellent. The car was fixed in a timely manner including the area that has scratched without extra charge. Thank you so much Hugo and Monica for a job well done!

I am SO impressed with the outcome of my car's humungous rear quarter dent repair. It looks brand new now. I could not be happier! I was also impressed with the company's close interaction with the BMW dealership to double check things and using only authentic BMW parts and technicians familiar with the brand.
