This was the smoothest operation for car repairs I've ever experienced. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful and made this so easy. The location was easy to get through, adequate parking, and they even had a waiting lounge with snacks and a TV. They very clearly explained the entire process to me in great detail. The service was excellent and the work was fantastic and quick. I highly recommend going to Caliber for auto repairs! Thank you.

I was referred to Caliber Collision Central Fremont by my Farmers agent. Abby the receptionist was very helpful & friendly. Hugo Crisostomo, the service advisor assigned to my car, took time to explain their service. He kept me updated with the progress of the repair. When I returned to pickup my car, he didn’t just hand me my key but walked with me to my car & made sure I was satisfied with the repair. I was surprised with the car wash too. Btw I already submitted my feedback the first time I received the link maybe in my email. Maria Theresa's feedback: I’m very satisfied with the service at Caliber Collision Central in Fremont from my first contact with them on the phone until I picked up my car after its repair. The service receptionist Abby was very friendly on the phone. She was as gracious & accommodating in person. I thought I was going there just to have an estimate of the damage but they let me dropoff the car for immediate repair. She arranged for Enterprise to pick me up to get my rental car. Abby introduced me to the Service Advisor, Hugo Crisostomo, who quickly checked the damage on the car, explained their service and gave an estimate of how long the repair will take. He texted an update almost daily on the progress of the job. Finally he texted when the car was ready for me, actually a day earlier than was estimated. I went back in my rental car which I simply dropped at Caliber for Enterprise to pickup. The arrangement between these 2 companies makes it very easy for their customers. Hugo walked me to my car and explained what was repaired, repainted and any original IBM part replaced. There was no evidence that my rear bumper was damaged. The best part was my car was sparkling clean, even vacuumed well. Thank you Caliber, I will surely remember to recommend you to friends who’re looking for a good body shop.
