I had a great experience at Caliber Collision getting my BMW repaired after an accident. My service rep, Hugo, was incredibly professional throughout the entire process. He stayed on top of all communications and kept me informed every step of the way. Not only did he help me get my accident damage repaired, but he also helped coordinate getting PPF wrap applied to the car. He explained each step of the process clearly, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Hugo and the Caliber Collision team!
