Had a great experience at Caliber Collision Central in Fremont Ca. From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly and kept me well informed throughout the entire process. Hugo my service advisor, did an excellent job communicating updates and making sure everything stayed on track. Monica, the general manager, clearly runs a top notch operation- she was attentive and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work. Abby at the front desk was always welcoming and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and stress free. The repair came out great!! My car honestly looks like nothing ever happened. Really happy with the service and how everything was handled. Highly recommend this location to anyone needing autobody work...
